i'm busy building a leader 278cc, are the results that bad ?

and how much do you have in mind for the engine, maybe i'm interested, in that case i sell my kit. And take your engine instead :D

no its not bad. But i want to do another project ;)

i am more a tuner as a driver, i often make engines ready, drive a few km with them and sell they because i want to do something new :D

I have

Malossi 210cm
Malossi Multivar 2000
Gas Box Malossi
Secondary gear Malossi

and v-max is = oryginal v-max 115 KM/h ;(, you change CDI module? (sor for my english)

I don't think that you would need to change CDI. But I do think that you need to look into your carburettor and/or airfilter. Something isn't right, it should go faster than 115. A stock should be faster than that in my opinion. Lighter rollers and finetuned jetting could be the way for you.

Velo for me is probably the lock on the module. Before the alterations reached 115 km/s after cylinder, multivar, muffler, transmission, the filter is exactly the same with the difference that accelerates like a storm, but it stops at 115 I think we should go lightly with the 140-150 now

If your scooter stops accelerating at 115KM/h you might want to take a look at your gear ratios. It is abnormal for a scooter to start making overrevs at 115km/h

120 km/h (115 km / h GPS) is a factory speed is not a lock on the gear (i think) because I have a Malossi secondary gears. After an exchange of secondary transmission have the same speed, but at lower revs, replacement rollers for lighter give nothing. My Runner is 2003 with Immobilizer.
