i also bought a piaggio leader engine its a 150cc 2valve aircooled 62,6mm bore 48,6mm stroke 12,5hp at 7500rpm engine for 50euro})

the 200cc leader engine have 20hp stock at 8500rpm
you have now 23 hp

i think that the leader engine is restricted somehow

for exemple a hond crf 250 have around 44hp and its only 40cc more then a runner 210:?

im also going to build a malossi 4t leader engine and i try to squeeze every drop of hp out of it:7

and hopefully we can exchange idee

I think the power is to be found in the head and the transmission. The 23 BHP is rear wheel BHP. It pulles around 65 nm in the start because of the vario setup.

There are still som work to be done on the ignition and the inlet manifold.
And maybe a bigger head job. If possible. Maybe even a whole different head with larger valves.
 
hi velo.ı have a 1 last question to ask you and it is very important ı will be glad if u answer me as soon as possible becuase ı have a problem..my camshaft was broken down and ı realised it today and ı have no money to buy the new camshaft for this 2 weeks and ı have the orginal camshaft near me..is it a problem if ı put the orginal camshaft in the machine for 2 weeks or ı have to wait for the malossi one? pay attention to the question because ı dont want to broke the engine fot the second time :/..thx mate and good luck in ur project..
 
thx mate! :) tomorrow ı am going to start the machine with stock carburattor and stock cam..2 weeks later ı will add the dellorto and malossi cam..ı am in love with 74mm bore :) thx again ..

and i have oryginal air box, is not to small? to 210cm? (to max power)

The Polini part is a gear up kit. The other part is just a stock rear axel.
So therefore my adwice is the Polini gear upgrade.

Rollers and springs depends on your setup. There is just one way. Trail and error.

And the skilled tuner can with the bare eye see that the small cog is a clutch axle and therefore conclude that it is a primary gearup kit.

it's posible to change transmition from other Piaggio? example Piaggio Skipper?
 
That depends on wich year you are thinking of.
But a gearup kit from a Piaggio Leader should fit into an other leader engine.
