Btw, that spacer... is that nacicary to use the disk?

the disc id very very nice that is why i have brought it, yes you must have the spacer to mount it, you also need to buy the malossi 4 pot caliper which is very expensive

you guys never stop , when the scoot is finiste just rip it apart and start over!

That disk is indeed very nice. It's a bit expensive for en brakingdisk but it's very nice.

we have rip the nrg apart again because the koso speedo was playing up. so i save some money together and brought the satge 6

i have still on finished the hand bars because the stage 6 rom gauge is out of stock. but we have been doing some bit on it

the blinker was a little bit of a probleme but we have sorted it know

anyway i am know hoping to sell the nrg and start my new project sonic

i dont think the sonic is horrid. you should know by now that just at boost ya scoot make all are scooters look very nice

the sonic will not be reconisable when we are finished with it

just made some more progress

- new brake lines front and rear

- new brakes sencer bango bolt

- new master cylinder bolts

- malossi 4 piston caliper

- One off caliper spacer (still being made)

- cut and polished both brake levers

them forks look amazeing i wish i had the spare cash for some and why have you changed the brake switch or are you going to change it to a bigger front brake resovoir which would give you alot more feel of that front 4pot caliper anyways looking good

Hi people

i have been working on the nrg and have made some big progress

cut some metal out of the back of the fronks for the stage 6 magnets bolt to fit

- The speedo senser in place (threaded in the spindel)
- spacer made for the caliper (polished)

senser in place

brakes bleed and caliper bolted on

random picture of the polishing

the last thing to do on the NRG is the wiring then it is ready
