Hello Tuners, I am a 19 year old boy from Denmark,
So I write in English.

I've had a projekt on a Danish site called, www.stalkerzone.dk/forum

I will put it here and be pleased if i could get som positive og negative response

It started with a cheap runner with standard trim.
Copy n' paste from DK- I will translate it into english

Hello PTL, RB and other readers.
Most people knows me as Mr.mekker (NRG tuner) But I have sold my last "projekt".

So i bought a Runner very cheap
with papers, a key and regestration attest. Nicely
the price was fair

Update Again
Time for my outfit

Well it is not only outfit it is about!
The engine should fit the cilinder.

So i startet up my kompressor ( 2 hk) a little one, and startet my work 2 hours later

But i leaves a lot of crater so i need to fix an special tool

Startet mounting my crank and made this guide for som danish tuners

the bearing was full of grease so it was removed..

I put the bearing at the crank and startet the operation.

I have learned how to from Piaggio Denmark (because i have worked in a bike store) hitting at the inner ring while holding the crank against my stomach

I warm up the blok so the bearing will be easy to mouth.

Now this part has to be cold again.

So I fit my overrange kit.

Teflon tuning

Standard clutch vs.delta @ white springs. Waiting for an MHR trim kit.

STD Spring VS OR Spring.

The engine is almost cold så I found som screws and some copper grease

The scum area was "tuned" with Hydrogel.

Now just warm up the small engine part af put it together.

the packing is out

according to my experiences these 3 holes must be countersinket

I did that

The packtin may not get more than 12 mm from the ignition side.. Because it will close for the oil canal to the bearing, and then this will get HOT.

Well I got an idea, and I tried to make som nice.
Left side was a mess, but I won't paint it again,
because the runner is a Race machine.

Because of my small paintshop, I painted 1 at the time

with a little help from www.speed-line.dk /Niox & Sputte I tried to catch the right colour from every angle

Blinded by the lights... there is already dark in Denmark so I turned on som Spot lights.

Now I will go out have some beer

Have tried a Yasuni C20 - with a shitty result.

Tiba: The reinforcement of the frame is standard on the runner

Finally someone liked my projekt..

the white area is only base colour. and I thougt i should be the orange silver, but maybe i paint it white with shine and the silverfinish..

Don't know yet, but stay tuned updates very soon

The rims are powder coated black.
And they will be like that for a while

will paint the rest orange in a while and then make some snaps of it complete..
