Hi SF members! I’m from from Portugal and today I’ve decided to present you all the details of my long project, it has allready 4 years since it’s beggining.
This was the scooter before:
The setup was boring, I’ve wasted so much money on it before this ultimate project, this is a yamaha BW’S (year 1993) with a lot’s of mods, but the engine became a little bit lazy for me, so i’ve decided to climb to much higher levels. Here’s some old pics of the scooter:

Right now it’s all disassembled and this is the new setup:

1st - Well,i bought the kick ssp race first, but when i saw the ssp race evo, i've sold the older one. the sparks was sold on a box with 4, i've only sold 2, because we never know when it comes usefull a new spark, the forks, it was one for me, one for Polishop (friends shop and the only official Stage6 shop in Portugal).
The pwk carb is the one that i will ride most of the time, the hhc is only for testing, i will sell it later due to high costs repair kits.
The c30 exhaust was only a side by side picture to compare both, not mine.
Brakediscs Malossi, one for front, another one for rear wheel.

2nd - Yeah, i will ride it on street and make some trackdays and drags on meetings, just for fun.

3rd - I called prorace III because this is the last version of the prorace exhaust for minarelli, if you search closely on this forum, you'll find a thread that will show you the 3 models.

I've bought the intake directly from Massimo tedeschi (i've allready told that on the first page)

cheers

EMD

thats sweet! with your downhill bars where did you get the pink part? where the clamp connects to the front forks?

This is allready part of the forks package, they adjust spring's pre-load. But later i will modify them to adjust accuratly both springs.

What can i say more than one more fantastic project from Portugal!
Congrats!
Really nice project, the best bws i've ever seen, the 2 versions the first was amazing and the second will incredible to see that on road.
Keep going EmD

Tks to all for the positive comments.

can i ask how you modified it? becuase i see alot of euro tuners use the same technique but your the only one that speaks english.

You only have to machine the tnt stem to the right bore of your stem. Saddly i don't have fotos of the work, but it's very very easy, you just need to find a warehouse with a Lathe and ask them to do the job, they know what to do. Just take all the measures before and adjust your stem height.
My woodman stem it's a little bit high, so i have to machine a little bit more on the TNT stem to reach the right height position on the handlebar.
