Second! Going to follow this project also. Real fine work you got going. The stage6 forks look better every picture I see! Looking forward to seeing results with the pro race exhaust and c30, I know alot of people are using the Mk pro race exhaust with the am6 & derbi engines so will be interesting to see how it performs on the 2Fast . Such neat work with the cylinder too.

You only have to machine the tnt stem to the right bore of your stem. Saddly i don't have fotos of the work, but it's very very easy, you just need to find a warehouse with a Lathe and ask them to do the job, they know what to do. Just take all the measures before and adjust your stem height.
My woodman stem it's a little bit high, so i have to machine a little bit more on the TNT stem to reach the right height position on the handlebar.

Yes, of course, it has to be like a perfect plain cylinder, cut the top bit off and machine it to make it fit on the stem.

At Butch 182:
I don't think that the C30 is a good choice for this stroker setup, it's too narrow, a proper exhaust must have a broad powerband, however i will test a lot's of exhausts ( polini Evo, malossi mhr team 2006, Hebo manston 2, yasuni c21, yasuni c30, etc), maybe i will try to talk to Massimo Tedeschi and tell him to do a nice exhaust for my setup, who knows...

Nice but the exhaust is not ideal..MK pro race 2 is for 70ccm
on 80ccm i think will be a tcr oder roost ideal

You think right and wrong at the same time, because mk pro-race 2 is a 70cc, but it's a fat exhaust with the same exhaust flange diameter than 2fast, and it has a broad powerband, wich is very nice for this kit. More guys have tested, and it works better than c21 or even roost 70cc exhausts like yours. The TCR exhaust is one good choice, but it's fugly with a 2fast kit, the exhaust will be turned to the sky.lol
