Well to start off, Im a 16 year old kid living in Virginia, USA. Bought a Vento zip back in 2004 then moded that kinda, then got a triton and went all out (or at least as much as my wallet would let me) after saving for what seemed like forever.

So here's the setup:
AC Polini Evo
Polini Evo Crank
SKF Bearings/Seals
Yasuni C20
28mm OKO
Kiesler Wig
Malossi manifold
Polini Reedcage
Polini Evolution variator
Polini 2G clutch
Polini Evo Clutch Bell
Polini Evo 128mm OverRange
Polini 14/41 Secondaries
OKO Nitrogen 330mm Shock

Some pics from along the way...

The day I brought it home. Rough looking but for $500 its all good.

Thats usually true but I started with just a moped at 10 and at 14 I got the first scooter then I bought the triton just before I was 16. But I just never tag or register them since in my state mopeds and stock scooters dont need tags or registration.

hey what size wig is that. the wig i have is made for 25mm to 28mm carbs and it has stuffers built into the underside of it.

damn it must suck to pay $525 for a polibi evo if its only €250 here :p but then again its a very nice project you have there, the scene must be very small in the US, that sucks :p

lol, only a fool would pay 525 for a evo. i dont think this guy paid that much for his evo. i paid 200 for my h2o evo. there are guys in the states that jack people on the prices of there parts and thats why they only can sell airsal and technigas parts and not the high end stuff.

Yea I like the benz. Its my dad's, anyone notice the plate?

Right now its the 28mm Kiesler so it matches perfectly with the 28mm OKO. And also the evo is just bolt on. Havent touched it as its such a nice cylinder already Im afraid to play with it too much. lol

Did you ever consider buying a internal rotor ignition, because that Evo cilinder is a little rev-happy! I don't think your standard ignition will be able to keep up...

Nice project by the way! :)

Yea, Im thinking about it but I want to keep the lights as this is still my daily driver. lol

I did this as well, i installed the internal rotor ignition, and looped my main-beam and brakelights etc. to a battery that i charged every night, this gives you about 2 hours of light, while using an internal rotor :)

Mount a flashlight on your helmet ^^
lol thats what im going to do on my helmet, i think ill get one of those coal miners headlamps and wear a reflective jaket + stick a red light on my ass or something so police dont stop me :D but i hope they are a bit deaf and dont hear my bike :D

hahahha, I'm thinking about the PVL. But first I'm going to finish up the subframe and put on the wig and see if some of my lowend problems go away since thats my main reason for getting the ignition, to have variable timing and help the overall performance.
