Tomorrow I will continue with the engine.
I want to have all ready till the arrival of my cylinder.
As soon as I get it,it will be blueprinted and flowed the same night ready to attack :D

Nice shape on the lead into the transfers
I filled the bearing oil hole on mine and redrilled it to feed into the flow of the transfers
Are you planning on doing this , its quite an easything to do

I had that also in mind to obtain the optimum flow but i kind of worried about a good lubrication for the bearings because reliability is gold worth in racing xD.


Update time

It was about time to get my bike running again after a 2month brake.
My brandnew engine is now mounted..

I miss only my front panel,so i just painted it quick..
other problem is that spacer for the 220mm disc of galfer.The bolts require a special length and its hard to find them in allen form.So I hope i can make to get them from the adapterkit before saturday.

I left the overflow tubes for now like this...later,when I got more time i ll mount them properly.The same with secure bolts of my back caliper.

Its smoking a lot because I ve add a lot of oil to guarantee a right warm up phase for the new engine parts.

Later I had to fix my waterpump...than I compared my other old bearing....
The right one was used with a proper liquid cooler Castrol and the left one with ordenary water.
After 2 month without use it broke right away.

If all goes good I will come up with an big update on sunday/monday and with many vids from the meeting...

The oil goes through the bearings and out those holes
I believe you would get better lubrication with them the other way
But it makes them smoke for the first 5 seconds of start up
Each to there own, i always fill my ones up and redrill

We arrived late friday and i got really early up cuz i was too excited xD
I woke up at 5 o clock in the morning and made a little round,checking on the track etc.
Than it began to rain as usual here in denmark.

The racing experience...

First of all i made lots of great experience.Improving in any area and testing my new parts to the max.
Biggest and best change has been the new rims.
12" is defo better for race but only because of the tyres because cornering with 13" inch is just as good as possible.
The rubbermix is here the relevant point.
Also the suspension made as usual a great job although i had a hard time to find the right settings and which provocated a few crashes.
At the end of the meeting i found a great mix.
The forks are amazing as well.I dont understand the troubles ppl had.
I suggest there is other things to blaim like the tyres,suspension etc.. because I had no problems at all...they performed amazing.

Its a matter of testing products the right way and not just plug and play ^^.
However there is still little things i have in mind.

The galfer disc 220mm aint as good as the big 280mm disc but its just enough....

The doppler sliders are gold worth!!!

Was quiet fun to race so close side by side

I also went to the dyno.
21,34hp its a very good result for a stock team 2.
I expected actually less but there is still potencial.
At the moment its enough for race.

quiet a clean curve.
I ve tested also both curves on the stage6 ignition and noticed a 0,2hp difference...so not really worth talking.
