How To Cut The Governor of a Hyosung SF50 Racing Prima

Does anyone here have a hyosung sf50 (Racing Prima) and know how to cut the governor?

I haven't been able to figure it out via the web, anyone got a good URL to help me with this?

Which governor are you talking about? Or do you think the governor is a specific part?

I just did a Hyosung Sense last week. On it I cut the SOLID dark blue wire about 2" from the CDI and installed a bullet connector so it could be re-attached if desired. (yeah right) I'm not 100% positive the Prima CDI is the same, see if you have a blue/white striped wire and a dark blue solid wire.
