Now the winther is comming and the Stalker is now gone.
A new projekt is a must-have thing.
This time its a Gilera Ice, and I must confess, it must be more powerfull, more evil, more styled and most of all, PERFECT!
Well, I changed the Stalker frame (with plastic) for the Ice fram (with plastic), because I think there's a lot more styling options with the Ice.
Saturday the 06-11-2004 the projekt began with Onkel-Morfar from mopedgallery came with the frame, and took away the Stalkerframe.
I was like sooo damn happy that I could cum all over it
A little fact about the Ice:
Its from February 2004, its done about 1100km, looks like a brand new scooter

The plans for the Ice is following:
Piaggio LC DD engine (Liquid Cooled, disc brake).
NRG DD or Runner DD rims.
A new and cool paintjob.
A engine setup that will rock - It's for now a secret what it will be.

New pics of the Ice with all plastic and stuff + i just picked out one of my engines and fitted it, so I was able to mount the rearwheel.
Also fixes URL for the other pictures.

The Twin idea is dropped, i'd rather order some parts for the projekt
So on monday I'll order:
2Fast4Race cylinderkit.
2Fast4Race crankshaft.
Overrange kit.
Mikuni TM24 carburettor.
Malossi short 45degree inlet.
Maybe an ignition?
Delta clutch and wingbell.
Maybe I dont order all that because I only have some 10000 DKR right now, but the kit and crankshaft is for sure!

Yesterday, I was at a big market for parts, and i bought TM24, a special inlet made for the TM24 - handcraftet, and a delta clutch.
And a few minutes ago I ordered the cylinderkit and the crankshaft.

Yesterday I mailed Scooter-attack, because I did'nt recieve anything this week either.
It turns out that I have to call them on the phone and confirm that I actually wanted those parts.
Unfortunatly I'm never home during the intire day (Work), and i wrote that in the mail too.
So, one of the dudes from SA made it all possible, and now (FINALY) the kit and crankshaft is on its way.

The first thougt I had, when i opened the box containg the cylinder
This week the cylinder and crankshaft came, so what I need at the moment is my LC DD engine.
It will arrive soon, i hope.
Then I can start working that thing,you know bling bling
Ive found some NX and NOS kits around, and i think it will be a NX Piranha kit.
They are quite cheap, only 629,- euro, at www.euroscooters.nl.
S-A also have that nx kit, but they want some 699,- euros.
I'm not sure where I'll buy it yet, but it will probaly be that kit.

Some days ago I cleaned up the engine inside, this is how it turned out:
Fjabbe from Mopedgaller (A friend of mine), came by yesterday afternoon, and had a MHR short inlet with him, to me

The rest of the stuff on the pictures is Lasse from Mopedgallery, its parts for his Kreidler!
Also, today, i recieved my Polini 13/40 primary gearing.

Well, today I visited all the chromers in the city (4. biggest in DK), but not one single would chrome my frame, because they did'nt believe that they could do it proper.
That was a major set-back for the projekt.
I'll might just get all the metal parts powercoated, and the rest will be painted somewhere.

Half an hour ago, I was down the paintshop and talking with the manager about colors and stuff, and I decided to go for the red color I had on the Stalker, and a silver color for some other things.
All in all, the colors will be the same as my dad's old truck (Sold last month - a new is on its way)

A lot of things has happended since last update, but my internet has been down so I have'nt been able to update the projekt.
Well, my DPR got finished yesterday, it will be shipped saturday (Tomorrow) or on monday - Looking forward to see that one
Also my frame and all the plastic has been painted. The ice is almost put together again, but I dont have pictures of that - cant find my camera

Well, I havent updated for a while - did'nt feel like doing it.
But now I make one single big update instead.
6th of March the OR kit was ordered, recieved that the 8th of March.
Then nothing happended until 26th of March (Well, i did some skiing in France and other stuff - but nothing happended to the Ice) - that day i got some minor parts for the waterpump, including belt and primary sprocket.
The 28th of March:
The ignition got installed, and adjusted to the 7mm before TDC, just like the data says.
***BONUS MATERIAL***
Tired of carburettor noise? Heres the answer to your prayers!
29th of March i startet to try and mount the front caliper - still need some adjustments.
The Brembo caliper was sold to a dude from Mopedgallery.dk
30th of March the gearhousing was sealed up and filled new oil in it.
31th of March alle the stuff in the variocover was mounted.
1st of April the shockabsorber (Std.) and much more was mounted (The Ice was like ½ assembled after that) because it needed to go to a show.
5th of April I got home a Malossi RS24 shockabsorber, but i did not fit the Ice
7th of April The engine made some noise when it got an injection with fuel - There are no fuel-hose mounted yet.
Also ALL plastic was fitted, it looks like an Ice now
Today (8th of April) i got a long needed L-pipe, it have been mounted, and I'm right now working with the cooling-system.

This is how Octane 95 (RON) mixed up with 2,5% Malossi oil looks
Need to get all those cables re-arranged.

As shown on the last picture, the wheel for the waterpump fell of, because I dont have the oilpump mounted - It will be glued on soon.
For the first time since I got the ice, it has been outdoor today - and also fired up - sweet sound

This weekend I attended a nice meeting here in Denmark - And after A LOT of trouble with the Ice, I fitted a Malossi ignition system and then it turned out to be the HPI ignition that was bitching!!!
Well, I fitted the Malossi Ignition and took the Ice up on the MJP 2000 Dyno.
It was'nt adjusted (Only assembled!!!), but it did 22,22hp - VERY nice considering the ~5 minutes used on adjustment (Changed mainjet from 120 to 115).
This engine got some serious potential!
