not spectacular, but suitable for every day use...
imo sufficient torque at lower revs and according to some other forummembers it has tuning potential...
note that you will need to buy a crankshaft with it because of different stroke...

acording to my sources, you don't need another krankshaft. it's a normal 80mm rod.

nope,it's 85 mm. and stroke is 40mm according to a previous topic...
maybe it will run with the gen. crankshaft but i wouldn't risk it,besides the manufacturer notes that this cylinder is only to be used with that particular crank.

edit:

sorry dutch topic :

This type of Italkit cylinder uses a 43 mm stroke Carrera crankshaft with 80 mm conrod and 12 mm piston pin size!

allright then but it's clear that the common crankshaft shouldn't be used ;)

there are 2 different cylinders of italkit/gilardoni, with the normal 80mm krukas and with 85, correct?

all i know is that there are several types of 74cc cylinders,as i mentioned in a previous topic, but can't tell the exact specifications of the according crankshaft....
which is actually a shame since i OWN ;) a 74cc italkit speed(mind you,not the eco!) but then again,it was mounted by the previous owner....

edit: i think actually browni is right
