Well. To make a long story short.
My 2003 Zuma stroker got stolen three month a go. So I bought a new one. And the new stroker kit just arrived today.
So this is my second stroker job and I intend to illustrate parts of the project as it goes along. And since I'm going to be buried in snow for the next few months. I intend to take my sweet time.
For today I'll show some of the new parts:

The 54mm bore, 42mm stroke cylinder is meant for ATVs and has auxiliary exhaust ports.

42mm full circle crank and single reed cage.

30mm OKO Power Jet carb.

That's all for today.
Thanks
Juan

Nice Parts Juan!!!!...I'm sure you'll built a nice engine.

Is your crank splines 16 m.m. or 12 m.m.?, brand?, piston pin is 12 m.m.?

Hi
This is my old "UFO" scoot that got stollen.
All custom painted with color shifting sparkle.

I don't have any great pictures of the scooter but under the Sun, the color shifting sparkle paint used to look super.

104 db 200W sound system with 8" sub woofer. (before paint job)

Installed 96cc LC motor and rad.

And finally my new 2005 Zuma totally stock.
I'm installing the exact same kit. The only difference is that I'll be traying a 30mm carb instead of 28mm. And the reed cage is different.
I haven't decided yet on the paint job colors. But I'm considering using Bose speakers this time because they are so small and loud.

That must be the weirdest and most ugly exhaust I've ever seen :X

Lol the soundsystem at the mirrors 8P

Good luck..

i think this guy is in the states, whenever you see somebody with a zuma or bw that looks like that bike its either canada or usa.

Yes. I live in Canada.
I built the ugly muffler extension from sheet metal to keep the scooter from sounding like a propeller airplane on a death dive. It's supposed to pass as a 50cc after all. And I don't want to get it pulled off the road by an overzealous cop.

The small splean crank is meant to convert Jog50s (39.2mm) into it's big brother Jog90 (42mm).

This is an earlier better looking version of the muffler. But it disintegrated after just a month (metal too thin). I'm considering running two regular silencers in series for my new project. You loose a few RPMs. But it's better to loose a few RPMs than an entire scooter.

i tried to run 2 silencers back to back on my evo pipe and the noise was the same, i still heard more noise coming out of my 25mm del carb so the 2 silencer thingy doesnt work. try putting some silent sport packing into your silencer and run a go-cart airbox that will keep your bike quiet and looking good.

The sucking noise is much more harder than the exhaust noise! We took a gokart airbox to the 2fast bike and it was like a standard scooter

However a too long silencer can't help too much a little bit thicker or a different perforated tube, or another absorbing material helps a litte!

The section that I add to my silencers is actually empty. It works as a resonator. It reduces the staccato and gives a rounder, deeper sound.

I also use a modified stock air box. Works quite well.

I wish !

I can see people starting to turn their heads a block away. The scream of a powerful 2 stroke engine is so different and uncommon in city streets.
In rural areas, where there are tons of dirt bikes. I wouldn't race an eyebrow.
