2005 yamaha Zuma project

You've got a very nice Zuma, it looks clean and very well put together -:-
That S6R is a very good cylinder, especially when the rest of the U.S. drives with only a Tecnigas Next

But please change the headlights, it kinda looks like Steve Urkel now

If you integrate some headlights in front plating, it would look 100 times better.. These headlights look like they're bolded on afterwile and I believe that they're way out of proportion. I'm telling you this not to attack you or anything, but maybe help you with the build by giving my opinion

Good luck with the build

I need to figure out how to use fiberglass so I can make a new front.
It's quitte easy..

You can use isolation-foam to shave en cut the way you want. Then put the fiberglass-paste in combination with hardener on the fiberglass-mats and lay the mats upon your plating the way you would like. Let it dry en finish it with a little bit of filler (with hardener). But don't use to much filler, because there's a possiblity that the filler is going to crack.

That the way I did it +pippi+

wooooow

I really have to admit, this is a really nice result!
I never thought the stock headlights and stock bodywork could look so sweet.

The flat black fairings and the shiny black wheels, and the stock lights really look nice together. They are kinda big but it gives it a lot of character.

If I had my aerox wheels before I modified my bodywork, I would have left it stock like you!
