If you are talking about the transmission, It is because it is reverse thread. Also, I found a used malossi 70 in the shop, so i got a new piston and rings and an 21mm OKO carb. So now the CPI is actually drivaeavle daily.
Alright, so the Hyosung has officially been dedicated for stunt use. So now, I will attempt at putting on slider pegs, fabricating a rear 12 bar, and getting the setup just right for stunt. I first put a peg through the side panel attached to the suspension mount....
Then I cut a bigger whole so that the peg could come through...
Next is the front wheel. Alot of dremmeling had to be done to get the pegs to fit with the axle bolt...
After a lot of work, it all finally came together...
I will fix the side peg to bring it out further. Then possibly make some sort of crash cage (still putting ideas together). Doing all the extra work really is making me miss riding it, BUT hopefully the wiring harness will be here soon. ** Next on the agenda is to make a boost bottle. Ryan.
Well...
I got the Doppler boost bottle but am still waiting on the top of the wiring harness. I need to find an ATV throttle to work with my 7/8" bars, but once i get that and get it running, everything will be good.
ok i have a 2006 united motors xpeed 50r with the hyosung motor in it n its a 2 stroke. i have gone through 8 cylinder kits n none of them have fit mrp told me that the 70cc is a direct bolt on and im not wanting to bore the motor out. can any one help me here. also, what parts would make this damn scooter gooo n beat anything on the street any aftermarket parts.
Hello, I own this same scooter except it does not own any tune ups or upgrades. I was wondering if any of you people know the specifications for how many turns it takes for the pilot air screw and throttle stop screw. I bought this vehicle from someone in my city and both of those screws were screwed in too tight and it causes the incorrect amount of fuel to inject into the carburator making it bog out. Because you seem like experts I was wondering if you knew how many turns I apply to each screw to get them in perfectly. Thanks.
