As far as i know its a revolution kit, portet by hand by the chief engineer or something like that. But the quality should be a bit lousy. Ports which isn't all the same etc etc.
I would definetely buy a Revo and then port it myself.
I don't think they would leave it with unequal ports!
They make the cilinder, then tune it and then put on the nicasil layer.
Most of the time with cilinders they make a cilinder and nicasil it. Afterwards it's tuned.
