and that you can drive at 14 years of age a scooter that go's only 15 km's p/u?

that's what my german girlfriend told me

@zagon, that is wrongly, one can into Germany only starting from 15 years 25 km/h drive and starting from 16 years 50 km/h or 125 ccm with 80 km/h, more may one not drive, only starting from 18 years may one 34 HP drive.
