My zuma project.

20 HP with 19 ? I know guy who hv about 21-22 HP with 19 mm and H-E cylinder..

32 with Corsa isn't good.. Polini is low RPM cyl.
Give them Dellorto 19-21 and it should be ok ! Nothing bigger !

it is bcoz you are not looking, MHR Team 7T 70cc is rated at 24hp, Evo2 is rated at 21hp, 2Fast 80cc is rated at 26+hp etc etc.

dude some guys racing a metrakit prorace setup making 20hp have more than a full season of practice & (circuit)racing & most of them are still running the original piston & ring that came with the cilinder. it is your ignorance that is making you think they would not last 1 race.

a lot of guys here also run MHR Team & Evo cilinders on the street & make over 20hp & do so reliably & they have never used a carb bigger than 28mm.

ok then why stop at getting a ninja 250, get a big bad busa which is the USA's #1 squidbike, anybody can go fast in a straightline. if you do indeed get a busa as your first real bike i'll gladly have you insured for more than a million $ with me as a recipient if you die.

Alright, I got my manifold, stage 6 boost bottle, jets, and hose clamps today. Should I just plug the oil nipple on the manifold?

yep. I had some help by a hill.LOL I can hit 65mph on a flat with no wind, 60mph up a good-sized hill, and 72mph down the same good-sized hill.

i know for shure that you dont make 115 km/u with a technigas,a 2g polini and the rest of youre setup

what you telling us is full off crap
please make you information complet and real
make some pictures of the parts and show them
maybe you can make a testrun and put the result of it here?
 

I clocked it on a damn gps. Read and learn. There is always one @$$hole on every forum...
