Ignition Bell

Hey, how to remove the ignition bell without having to buy the special "puller" tool?
It looks like this atm.

Well u can take a rummer hammer and hit the sides (while turning it around) remener it has to be VERY soft. While you do this pull the bell with you other hand, after 5-10 mins or so u should have your bell in the hand.

Then go buy the tool, it isnt that expensive!

buy the RIGHT TOOLS to do the job right!

It is not an expensive tool, another way is to get an small pulley extractor (3 arms type) and use the threaded holes of your bell

the tool is only about 10 dollars and it saves a lot of trouble.

NEVER NEVER NEVER do it like that!!!

That is a recipe for a bent crank. If you get it unbalanced by the smallest bit it will cause vibration which eventually eats your bearings and then crank or big end bearing seizure. The proper tools are cheap compared to a crank replacement.

A new crank and bearings are waiting Ain´t doingi it like that anyway, like I said I bought the tool which should arrive next week.
