HONDA SCOOPY SH50R

This is my HONDA SCOOPY SH50R. I live in Bermuda so it is hard to acquire high end Dio parts from Asia.
Also this is not a Dio motor, it is similar. The bolt holes are different spacing. I spent just under $4,000 including the price of 2 bikes. Also, parts are more expensive in Bermuda.

SO FAR I HAVE GOT THE BIKE UP TO 135 KMH. I AM STILL DIALING IN THE CARB AND TUNING THE GEARING.

So Heres an update:

1) 4/03/15 seized crank bearings
2) found out crank was twisted due to variator half spinning faster than ignition side
3) decided to upgrade the stock crank to a malossi rhq full circle
4) going to change transmission for race set up with long gears

1) Got new polini reed valve
2) Finally got the polini super race pipe
3) Put the crank and new block in
4) Polini Secondary Gears installed (15/49)
5) got my stage6 R/T clutch

got a RARE ITALTIAN MOTORS cylinder.
ring gap too close caused a ring to break.
getting my cylinder replated by Millennium technologies.
