if your bike has a dio motor on it you should try to get yourself a stroker kit. you can get a koso 52mm crank and a koso 55mm bore and make a 125cc out of that bike, undercover like. if done right you can have a 100mph bike. out here in hawaii there are plenny stroker bikes and they are really fast. oh yeah and the parts are less than half that of yamaha polini or malossi parts.

stroker kits are hard to find in the web, coz most of those brands are made in taiwan & every 2 months there new brands that are coming up.. right now CMR (brand) & RUIMA (brand) is the latest kit here..

And what about the older ones? They disappeared?:):) What do you think which brand makes good kits? Koso? Or others?
emo do you have a website where your scooters are (pictures, datas..)

yeah some old brands are not available anymore here.. sorry i dont have a site, but if you can see my avatar that is my old Honda Dio1 (on a drag race) but right now we're setting up new dragracer Honda Dio engine 86cc on a lighter chasis (honda pax club).. most of the kits installed are taiwan made CMR krukas, Ruima cyl., 28 DO phbl, Ueno Demon variator, malossi kevlar belt, etc..

emo if you have many very cheap carb like, OKo, Koso, Keihin, why are you use an italian carb like Dell'Orto?

Browni out here in hawaii Koso is the best parts for the honda motor. from what i know right now, the biggest crank you put into a dio block is a 54mm and the best cylinder that i have seen for that motor is a 55mm. these are the biggest parts you can get without special ordering things. the carbs use are 30mm or bigger. when you run 125 to 130cc strokers they need to drink. my friend owns a moped shop out here and he is a polini and koso dealer for the islands. he gets all the latest stuff from koso. he even has stroker parts for yamaha jog/aerox style motors. these bikes are really fun to ride. the power is unreal.

Wow it's not bad! :) And I read in here: http://www.hiperformance-moped-parts.20m.com/cylinders.html there are water cooled cylinders too! Do you use these?

emo

Ok now it's clear:)

Browni thats my other friends shop. i have a watercooled stroker honda. its a 52mm crank and a 54mm watercooled POP cylinder. my fav honda is a big stroker too thats aircooled. i find that you dont need watercooling on a honda, it just adds more weight. right now my friend has the fastest street moped on island 95+ and its a aircooled bike. let me know if you want to get in touch with my friends shop, he has a some really nice watercooled yamaha stroker parts. yamaha strokers and really fast too, 90+ no problem.
