hi all names richard first time here and need a bit of help/advice with scooter problems
always problems problems problems lol

firstly its an aprilia area 51 50cc xreg with leo vince tt exhaust

problems are
there is a pipe coming from bottom of carb to nowere were should it go or shoudnt it

also
there is no low and mid range power it throttles up but bike wont move till its on full throttle and im wondering wot can be rong i dont no if the variator is derestricted going to check that today also if the exhaust is restricted dont no wot rollers are in going to check them also some one told me it could be rong rollers and contra spring but dont no

also starter not working and no sounds to say its trying were should i look to try fix this

what did you change on your scooter? new pipe? please list the mods that you have done to it.
