HELP ME! Fork problem TPH!

I have searcht now on google and scooterforum.net but want find an awnser to my problem.

Maby you know this or maby you know of a guide to do this:

I have a Piaggio TPH 98 and i need to take the front fork apart to change the dust seals. There is only two screws at the bottom and no screws at the top.

I have tried to skrew the legs of but nothing happens.

Any solution?

Well, I can't help you with your question but can only share it with you. I was also wondering why I couldn't take the inside legs from the front fork, but I have heard from different persons that replacing the dust seals is a hell of a work / not doable.

Hope someone can help you. For everyone it's about Piaggio Typhoon (where the fork of a NRG/Runner/Etc is the same)
