I have broke it down too

Polini evolution II 70cc
Metrakit Pro race 70cc
Hebo Manston Revolution( Looks very high quality)
Any Malossi MHR

Which one will be lighter on piston rings?

I have bought a Roost Sprint Exhaust and My stage6 Mod Is not in the same league and doesnt make enough rpms.

LOL

Hebo & "quality" don't go well together.

get the Evo2, it will be easier on rings, a close 2nd would be Prorace but i like Evo2 a lot better.

The hebo porting looks like the malossi 7t which i would have thought would be faster than the evolution. Which cylinder will go best with my Roost sprint pipe.

you did ask which cylinder would be easier on the rings & i gave you my best answer, bridge ported exhausts are very hard on rings & piston.

now i don't know what you really want? outright power? get the Malossi 7T. durability? Evo2.

How many miles / kilometres average would i get on a malossi 7t. are hebo and metrakit double bridged exhaust ports?

im my honest opinion i would go with the Hebo Revolution kit, they are very high quality, can with stand extreme levels of stress, easy and simple to rebuild. ready availible parts and the best thing is they are not too expensive.

P.S i have seen a Hebo Plata Negra engine built in a guy's garage slaughter FACTORY Malossi Zips, Zips that came from the factory, and i think you should see also.[ame]http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1Jdb_o5frE[/ame]

Hebo Cylinder Kits- have high port timings and low on tuning potentials.

EVO II - Awesome Durability

Malossi 7T - Power and has tons of tuning potential, Theres a reason why Malossi is more popular than HEBO.

But again by the end of the day, it will be your call!

yes true its all personal preference, over here its mainly metrakit Pro Race that is used and they hold up very well, they are very reliable and easy to use, Hebo is similar so the same goes for them, Polini Evo is another good choice and the same applies to them, Malossi to me are tooo finicky the blocks require alot like ring gap adjustments etc and alot of the Team tuned blocks have been seized this season, BUT !!!! on the other hand not to be bias, they are powerful and have won our season THIS YEAR.

but like sed by trueOverrev at the end of the day it will be your decision . we all ahve our opinions and preferences.
