28mm carb with a 70cc corsa, will it work?

I live in Hawaii and 28mm carbs are more available than the 21mm dellorto carbs. I have a CPI Hussar with a Polini Corsa bore with a rejetted stock carb, Koso cannister pipe, and transmission work (pulley, weights, springs). On the side (my collection) I have: Metrakit SP chamber pipe, a ct manifold with reeds, and a 28mm OKO carb. Will the 28mm carb work well with Corsa bore and Metrakit pipe?

It will work, but it's too big. I won't be much better (maybe even worse) than a 19 or 21mm carb.

21mm dellorto black can use stock jog manifold and airbox.
