Hi, I bought a 1989 jog a few days ago with drum brakes and was wandering, is it possible to fit discs from a newer jog? and how hard is it to do?

Does it have front and rear drum ??
If so its quite easy , just simply buy the same size FRONT wheel (of ebay maybe) that has a front disc brake mount and new brake lever that has brake fluid line..
Back id harder because there is no where to mount a disc
Good Luck

yeh its front and rear drums. thanks i think i will do that even if i only do it on the front it should make a good improvement to the brakes.:)

my front end from kn926.com in japan. i used google translate to talk to them. they were super nice people, who are really into scooters. The wheels came from a man that is on this site from time to time. Overrev Tuning based in the Philippines. hope this helps.
