speedfight 2 windshield

Hi all, I have just bought a speedfight 2 2003 50cc a/c scooter. My questions are first will a wind shield increase performance or not (top end speed)? and also the wind shield I am looking at buying is off a speedfight 1. Will this shield fit my speedfight 2?

Fitting a wind shield will not increase perfromance beause the engine will only give out what it can without being tuned, it will probly do the opposite as your making it less Aerodynamic
