Kan tillägga att vi körde med blockad variator, så det är därför den "blöddrar" iannan den kommer in på registret. När man stoppar i en tryckfjäder går den fint på hela registret :)

The piston was stuck onto the crank since the pistonbolt broke in half !! I guess too much power for the bolt to handle on 10mm

very very nice bike. i just wanted to know how come you are using a yasuni pipe instead of a stage 6 1200 or 1400 pipe since you are trying to make the fastest bike with stage 6 parts.
 
Well, I'm trying to get the fastest/strongest scoot using a s6r cylinder that's why I use the c21 pipe. The subframe is home made by myself. I will think about high-end if I get sponsored.

aren't you afraid that a stone might enter your carburator? if that happens your gasthrottle might jam and maybe with consequences , i've heard it before , better fit some protection maybe...

do you now how much HP it has now?
 
toxicrox: thx man :D Was choosing between this and metallic red and I think I made the right chose.

melf #50: When I drive it I always use a airfilter and clean the carb before. The kelk is on for show and when I want to use my twinair.
Think it has 18-19hp. want to try it on a dyno but we only have MC ones so then the numbers aren't that impressive.
 
Hello swedish friend =) I like the paint job and all the body works most of all.
And to all people in this forum who has'nt seen this Strong* engine and all work in reality (sweden) I have to say that this bike must be one of a kind in nordic. Good luck Relex, i hope to see an high end soon =)
 
Damn, nice aerox.

I especially like the colorcombination :#. It's the same combination as mine phantom. I think its the big brother of mine phantom :p:p
 
Just a general question, but the interior panels of your aerox, how did you do them, just sanded them down (with what grade?) and then plastic primered and sprayed over that? I need to do a few on mine and was just wondering if you had any detailed instructions! cheers

Erwin: Hehe noticed that a couple of dutch scoots have the same type of color that I have. Think it's yours that are the big brother because this only have a upper midrace setup:p

blnd: first I sanded it down with 240, 400 and 600 and then I left them at the painter so he could but the primer on. Then I sanded that down and left them for the real paintjob. The primer was very thick so thats why it's so "soft"
