Help!!!!! I brought my son a Piaggio Zip 50 4T. It starts on the button an di have a bill showing its been derestricted. Its been stood for a year. I got it running but it only pulls about 25mph if I am lucky. I know 4 strokes are slow but this is taking the mick.
When I rev it on the stand, the engine seems to change speed up and down. Once I get on it, the engine feels like it going to pull then justs goes sluggish. Any idea's anyone. Bit of a novice so need a bit of help if possible. Thanks<]
