Piaggio typhoon help!

I have a piaggio typhoon 2t euro 4 2018, the speed is the problem it’s had no end of money pumped into it including a 70cc kit, stage 6 oversized variator, a performance cdi, a 21mm carb these are the performance parts there’s lots of other parts, the bike is stuck at 35mph it seems to loose speed everyday before I put in the 70cc and the bigger carb it would comfortably sit at 45/50 mph ish it’s like ever since I put the performance parts on its got slower, I don’t know what the problem is I’ve tried everything could anyone help me
