closed the carters, with cylinder,evo crank, stage6 gearbox... and with the Mk exaust:

nobody interest it....

however i have a big problem... i've mounted the polini ignition... and doesn't start the scooter... ;(

the connection are all ok, i think, but the ignition doesn't do the spark... and the original electric plant doesn't function....

i don't know what can i do.... ;(

how is the tjt gruppe b exhaust? supplier told me about it and i havent much about it. is it any good? if i do buy its, its going to be for a mid-race setup.

cause i need the night-lights...
i am a night racer.... ahahhahahash

now the ignition make the spark, but i don't know how to join the plugs to the original electric plant....
tomorrow i will try to start it...
accidentally i put too much oil in the tank and i don't have any fuel :S

mmm... i think 1 only curve... i don't see particular switch or cable...

great i put the fuel in the tank, and i started it...!!!
but now i have to adjust the carb... the scooter goes only with the manual choke opened... :S

and i've found the way to connect the ignition to the original electric plant!!!

however... i start the scooter... and now i am searching the right mainjet (i hope you understand what it is...)... but i don't uderstand why the scooter stop when i don't accelerate...
now is 120 the mainjet and 44 the minimum jet...

someone can help me? ;(

so when the engine is running stationary, it just dies? try a smaller mainjet and adjust the stationary screw...

what about the needle place that in the centre position
ok to tell the jet size try these two things
if you pul the choke and the engine drives better then you need a bigger main jet
and if you remove the air filter and the engine drives better then you need a smaller main jet
