Hi guys!!!
i introduce to you my Mbk Nitro... this is the third setup that it had... after mid-race setup and high-end setup (Polini Evolution...)....

Cylinder: 2 plus modular head
Cranckshaft: Rms Super Racing pin 10
Exaust: Tjt Gruppe B

Carb: 21 Dell'Orto, manual choke Polini ,BGM Pro Reed Valve
Filter: Red Sponge Malossi

Vario: Polini Evo R02 + Speed Drive Evolution
Clutch: Polini 2g + original bell

Other: braking wave disk on the front wheel,Rs24 Malossi rear shock absorber, Koso GP style tacho, BCD front mudguard, Carbon look cockpit, tommaselli quickshift, and some little styling stuff...

and the result is :





but NOW.... i am producing a newww brand project...

Metrakit Pro Race 2 cylinder + Polini Evolution Crankshaft + Metrakit Pro Race exaust (arriving...)

Stage6 28pwk with Stage6 Filter and Bgm Pro Kit (reed valve+collector)

Evolution Transmission (as the last setup...)
+ stage6 secondary gear...

stage6 temperature sensor (mine is broken ;( )

tomorrow i will put down the engine an unmount all...
next week (tuesday-wednsday) it will arrive: Pro Race Exaust, Stage6 sensor, and Stage6 bearings...

next month is programmed: Polini ignition (or Leonelli) and Koso or Bgm bell...
and then i will think about styling...

well... the reed valve is very similar to the Malossi VL14 for Minarelli... but seems larger...
the reeds r not so thin, but not in carbon fiber...i think glass fiber...
soon i will tune the manifold and so i will do some pic to the valve and manifold....
 
If that would be possible, I'm very intrested in how it looks like. But why didn't you choose for a VL13? Which gave an original good effect on high-end setups.
 
I had for minarelli the Malossi VL12 and the VL14 reed valves... but i had in different setup... but when 2 years ago i had Top performances setup + malossi, i change from VL12 to VL14 and there wasn't so many differences...

i hope... cause i'm doing an experiment... i put some epossidic glue(metal glue) on the carter to adapt it to the cylinder... cause i don't wanna tune the PR2...

why Pro Race? cause i love foreign materials like Metrakit,Hebo,Yasuni,Stage6...
here in italy is full of POLINI,MALOSSI,TOP PERFORMANCES and now of Pinasco, Bettella and other italian stuff...
i had Top Performances and Polini Evolution setup... so i was curious to try high end foreign stuff...
