I made a subframe this weekend like Rydah told me. I used one of those u shaped heavy duty bike locks for the center angle and the leftover pieces to form a reenforced truss type deal. Then I took some flat metal plates and welded those on for the second cross bar with the bolts. The thing is pretty heavy duty looking. I sprayed it black and it is drying. This one is off one of my bugeys and im hoping I can swap it into the Aprilia SR but the SR subfame looks a little different. Obviously, they are both Minarelli Cases and the square bolts are the same but the Aprilia subframe looks quite a bit fancier. Should I swap em or do this all over again with the SR subframe?
