So that single coil, with the white tape, is for the lights?
I'm surprised that five coils didn't have enough power
to supply the lights, and charge the battery at the same time.

Did you wind more turns than stock on each coil? Maybe
it doesn't matter though, since you have wound an extra coil.

No, the coil with the white tape is to suply energy for the CDI, and is as it came from factory, I didn't mess with it.

I did wind 1.7 meters more of wire per coil, the voltage now at coil is 21.4~22.6 Vca. with out any load, when connected to the circuit in the factory way(lights to the coils), it is 14.3 volts to the battery terminals and we don't have weak lights anymore, they are really bright!!

Next week we are going to connect the lights again to the battery, instead of connected to the coils and see if this "new stator" is able to suply the lights and charge the battery at the same time.
