Hello People

Its time for an new thread.
Butchs and my thread will be joined from now on.
As some ppl know,we are representing Killerteam Racing.
We ve got 4 Bikes,2 ppl and 1 goal...



About us
Liam and me met almost 4 years ago by coincidence in Spain.
1 year later we tuned our bike together,shared many good moments etc
Butch alias Liam moved 1 year ago back to England and I moved to Denmark because of my girlfriend and studies.
We are far away from each other but closer than ever and presenting you guys our new projects.

I cant tell for sure anything yet how and when it will be ready but i expect it to be fast.
I take this challenge for the very last time seriously and wanna know what it possible with scooter engines.

My setup could look like this

-uber 30mm Koso Carb
-Selfmade intake
-Selfmade reedcage
-Overrangekit R/T / MHR
-TCR Exhaust

My Sprinter will be based on an aeroxframe which will be modified of course.

Time for my Race Aerox Update

some parts arrived...
not all,suspension,crank and other little parts was not in stock and i m still waiting for them

i sold my PR2 cuz it was 2 years old and i wanted something new again,so i bought again an MHR Team2,
ordered also a spare piston and gasketset

45 degrees carbon sheets(according to dyno runs on Sa up to 0,7 hp more possible ,well i ll test it,torsion cont. to see if it vibrates less...

New cyl=new spacer,i want it 100% to fit...

Stage 6 Intake,i hope it ll improve a bit vs the kiesler...but more i hope that the carb gets a better angle i ll test it and port it too

Thats all for now...i ll update this week more,i m busy doing the rest.i hope my teammate updates soon too

I really loved your last project.

I think i'm speaking for 100rds of people but we want to see more of the updates because we know that you will make a very nice bike!

Only i also don't understand why not so very much people are replying to your project.

But i know you need to keep udating here because else very much people will miss your project.

Update 14/11

a new packet arrived again
mhr crank conrod 85mm,doppler sliders,Malossi caps and Polini clips

These SLider are made of nylon and will hopefully protect my exhaust and variocover

I got now 2 rhq cranks,the other one is 10mm which i m selling
i bought this one cuz SA had no stage 6 ones and i didnt want to wait over 6 weeks for a new one

a little detail

I just miss one more packet, with my stage 6 suspension etc...
next week i ll update my carterflow etc...and hopefully my mate liam will update too? :S

Just a quick post to show the progress of the test fitting of the 125ccm crank and cylinder, Testing 2 x cylinders on this, crank induction and cylinder inducted fueling methods.

Well i dont know why we keep updating here,cuz there is no feedback here...what happened to this place?

Well a little update..


Today i received well cutted mhr team spacer for a good price...the other one is for my friend.

It fits to 100% and its a lot easier now cuz i dont need to prepare it

On the pic it looks diffrent but it fits to 100%

Than i got a special pasta from France what allows me to smooth carter/cylinder parts from the inside.Normal pastes,when they get warm,start loosing a "film" and make the parts dirty.Anyone who have tried for example to polish a part what gets HOT(except exhaust) could/can see how it looses a black substance...this cream promises to avoid this and to stay clean.

Next week its going to be a busy week,cuz its my last week before I go for 3 month for Holidays so I ll be very busy and doing as much as I can.
