Hi, im new for this forum, and i live in Estonia.
My name is Johannes, called Juss. 16 years old.
So my english is not perfect. : )
High-Ender is how i call my scooter
So littlebit about history.
In 2008 May i got my first Scooter CPI oliver 2006.
I made it 70cc and then changed it in october for Piaggio typhoon 1999.
It had alot new parts but the bearings "died" and went in cylinder.. and it broke.
I Got money for new cylinder, got doppler endurance crankshaft, new front light and air scoop
Engine list now:
Top Performance Trophy 70cc (took it because few ppl in estonia have this and they sayed it is pretty good
Doppler Endurance crankshaft, C4 bearings
Gianelli shot exhaust
Dellorto 17,5mm carb, 88 main jet.
Hebo power flter

3x 8g, 3x 4.9g rollers
New original belt

Plan is to ride and littlebit stunt (its only normal scooter in my city so im proud about it

Crankcase lid-.- was in glassbullet machine or smth. so pretty clean but oxygenation did it work to..

Chemicals i have used

then i worked on scooter and...

New blinker relay old was in voltage regulator so i had to disconnect and but new wires.

UPDATE 13.02.09

i got my rear tyre, and installed it. and with short-engine it looks really cool
Now i have to paint my rims, they are pretty scratched..
In engine list: i need to buy 1 gr lighter rollers, because the boost comes littlebit later..
Today 30 meters from home i had a little crash... it was too slippery and i fell down..
Good part is that, i managed to but my leg under scooter, so it didnt got even 1 scratch
but my knee and pelvis got nice bruise. SO no winter rideing anymore!.
1 guy even wanted to streetrace, he was with toyota.. i managed to get away easily but i didnt know how slippery it is futher on road.. and engine isn't worked in so i didn't go over 40km/h and then he passed me

my variator spring was to weak.. so my wheel didnt even spin...
belt moved to fast to the end or smth.
after first ride.. my electric system died.. the stator went against that fast spinning bell (dunno how in english)
so i bought both new(used)

Light is reflecting so it makes front plastic look ugly

Its the coolest thing but because off some problems.. i changed it back to original place.. but in summer i but it again under the seat. : )

Theres 1 problem i have a short engine.. so now i have to but 13x130x60 for rear tire. and then i have to modificate exhaust fixxer so that it doesnt go against the tire..
i made First rideable ride 600meter circle people watched alot the new light is pretty good and it goes wheelie pretty easy
Because of small budget, i dont buy everything new:/ Its for driveing and stunting only not for scooter shows or smth..

I like your project! Here in the United States there are a few Typhoons, but they have really ugly turn signals. Glad to hear you had a good test run! Keep us posted with updates.

small update in first post
