Hi Guys my name is Jamie and im 16 from the UK thought id start my project off here:#

I have an 2005 aerox, my plan for the engine is as follows;
MHR Rep cylinder
Yasuni c16
Delorto 21mm carb / maybe 24mm stage 6 ?
V Force reedblock
Stage 6 long filter
Stage 6 clutch
Stage 6 finned clutch bell
Stage 6 front pully
Polini overange variator.

Im also thinking about getting the malossi ignition kit ? Will i require one and are they easy to set up ? advice really needed on this.

And also would you think a may need a "race" crank for my set up or standard minarelli be fine ?
