so if someone can tell me how to "unblock" the speed of my hussar :)

is it blocked on CDI?

and can i put Mallosi multivar 2000 for minarelli?

Is the hussar the same as the Oliver City in the States? They have heavy rollers, intake restriction on airbox, a long "S" curve in the exhaust (can be swapped out) and carburetor should be jetted after swapping the airbox inlet bellows. There is no CDI restriction if it is setup the same as Oliver City. There is also a washer on the variator drive boss.

A derestriction kit should be available from your local dealer. :)

Hope this helps!

zikihos:

Your crankshaft splines are 16 m.m., so, be aware NOT all the varietor on the market will fit your scooter, if you want a Malossi you can chose Part Number M5111151, this is a Derbi Hunter varietor (mina engine) for 16 m.m. splines, rollers are 16 m.m. x 13 m.m., this is a Multivar 2000 unit.

Regards,

2 mexicano: tnx, i'll buy variator for derbi :) i didn't know that it fits on!

2 Areomyst: yeah it is same, hussar=oliver :)
-heavy rollers- changed
-intake restriction on airbox- i didn't know that, i'll fix it soon
-long "S" curve in the exhaust- changed
-carburetor should be jetted after swapping the airbox inlet bellows- i don't get it :(
-washer on the variator drive boss- changed

could you explain me restriction on carburetor? :)
tnx :)

The restrictor in the airbox is what I call "The bellows". When you change the restrictor for the 'bellows' that is more open, it allows more air into the carburetor. Your engine will run lean if you change the restrictor/bellows and do not put a larger main jet into your carburetor.

You can use a precision drill kit to modify the stock jet (Which works just fine, though it can be tedious to keep going back and jetting one size larger untill it's perfect) or find the main jet from CPI that is larger. I will try and see if I can find the size of the small jet and the large one too...

Hope this helps :)
