2fast cylinder for racing

Does anyone use these for circuit racing or mainly just for sprinting

Im working on a new engine combo and building a track engine
Not sure if these cylinder will run to hot if you track them

Anyone with experience on these cylinders on the track please chime in

In italy they started this yaer a new race cup till 90cc, and many of them are using the 47,6 bore 2fast cylinder for it

I was wondering if they had enough water area in the cylinder or if they were just a drag race race thing
Ok well starting to form ideas for my engine build up
