The left one is probably your oil, the right on (middle of the engine) is the vacume so one tube from your gastank goes on there.
thanks thing is that how i have it but my bikes starting but wont rev up and is back firing ... since i took it apart  its driving me mad cant work it out

Take it to your loocal scooter dealer or go to a friend who has the same scooter and see how the 'cables' are connected in his scooter, then copy that onto yours

i dunno what this one is but mines mina theirs 2 tubes coming out of that area on mine a thin one aswell as that one

The smaller one, comes from the front of the engine? Then this is your from your oil supply.. so oil comes out of that tube.

About the picture in post#1: Your gasoline tank has 2 tubes; one gives gasoline, the other is the 'vacume'. Connect the vacume to the red circle on the RIGHT (as shown in your picture)

Also try to throw a match in your exhaust to make the oil burn out but be careful!! This might give a very big flame. Be sure to let most of the oil leak out first. You can also try just starting your engine and drive full throthle for a while, it will give a lot of smoke but it will burn out the mess inside your exhaust

comprende ;)?

thank you i noticed today the two tubes i was meaning coming from my engine come out from near the flywheel? i think thisd is the oil pump? so one tube goes into my oil tub and then the other too my two stroke tube on my carb? thanks for your help didnt have a problem last time duno what iv done wrong just the bike wont rev lol ill get it one day :P

If might have "drowned" * already because you were giving it way too much oil and/or gasoline. Try unscrewing your exhaust a LITTLE bit, just enough to have it make a lot more noise than it should, and see if it will pick up some RPM that way. If so: just keep driving fullspeed, the excess oil or gasoline will burn out.. it may smoke a lot so dont do it in your own street :p

*I dont know how you say it in English, but I mean when the all the parts are filled with unignited fuel
