I have a piaggio zip 50 year 2000, It is only a small project as this is my first tuned scooter i have done

My Plans are...

-Stage6 70 Racing Bore Kit
-Stage6 70 Pipe
-Stage6 Bell
-Stage6 Carbon Reeds
-Dello 21mm Carb (BlackE)
-Polini 2G Racing Clutch
-Top Prefomances Variomatik
-Polini donkey dick

And a few other outter mods too.

Im going to give it a quick matted black paint job :lol: .


Im goin to take sum pics tomorow. Ill keep u's updated.

I Ordered the stage6 70 exhaust,dello 21 carb, polini donkey cock air
filter and the polini sticker set (same as the white zip above)

Im thinking of white, But not 100% yet. So white or matt black?

Iv ordered a Stage6 70 bore kit should be here next wed.

Was fittin new polini rollers on the 6/6/06 and it all went tits up the vari nut came off and smashed the fan on the vari and snaped the 2st belt and it had and mot today at 9:00.

I got the belt frew the post at 11:30 so it means that ill need to wait longer for it to be legal!. Gutted



They gave me loads of free stickers too(BeedSpeed £4.99)

Vari- fitted very good, but half way home from work started bloggin when hittin 60 plus got worse and worse, i think the carb mabey needs cleaned?

Then turned off the bike at my house then herd a ratle...My fucking
exhaust bracket snaped! fucking gutted



Also got a new tyre

Oh yeah.. the matt black paint looks much better than the bloody ugly blue granny colour

and yes its a pain in the ass havein L plates on
if you dont have them you get 3 points and a fine

what bhp is your zip and what true speed does it do pal
