Yamaha Aerox starting problem

Hello everyone. My friend has a problem. He has stock YQ50 and leovince tt exhaust with malosii red sponge in filter. He has problems with starting. It starts first kick, then shits dowm. Then he need to get.the spark plug out, clean it and again kicks it, turns on, then again out clean and again. He says that the spark plus is dry not wet and not lean. What could be the rpoblem? Choke could be bad. Or fuel tap.

Thanks man, was thinking that choke is not good, also sometimg with fuel delivery cause it got compression we changed the gaskets, it got hell of a good spark. Thanks

Try some breakcleaner a couple of times to see if it fires up. If it keeps running you know fuel delivery is good.

Is it still the original 12mm carb?

We will try manual choke it and test the fuel tap if it work fine and will let you know
