I can explain to you what it does:

The tuner will clean up the exhaustport, propably sand it and polish it.
He will doe the same thing with the flowingports, the ports where the gasoline etc goes true..
+ he also will finish off the piston to the command of the cillinder.

the bevel aanbrengen is somehting i cant translate, but it makes the running of the cilinder is the very beginning much easier.
