i was thingking , prcticly it isnt that hard, if u mod ur subframe a bit (make 2 rods down and the 2 bacwards, so the total subframe looks like a mirrored S shape :W

It has to be possible! It looks so strange with the high mounting of the motor and the small rear wheel! Im sure u can get a bigger wheel and make an Z mounting! The Z seems it would work better!

Scotty, can we have som pictures of the frame so we can draw out what we mean?

Nothing happened for a long time...........but now, as my Zip is slowly getting finished my , again in the corner laying, speedfight needes to be build up AGAIN ^^

I exchanged the old Hexagon 150ccm enginen against a Runner 125ccm engine, to finaly have a larger Rim at the back :)

I´m going to install the, now, tuned 150ccm cylinder on it, not to loose power :)

it still gets tuned ^^

I know.........driving with a "zylinderfuss" like that won´t bring a long lifetime of the cylinder, but thats not my goal. :#

no, the NRG rims have smaller brake pads than the hexagon has. And Typhoon Rims are just as small as the one from the hexagon. so this was the only possibility....

Karoshi from this forum says (and i take it for granted) that the newer drum brake (models after 2002 / 2003) rims DO fit, if i'm not mistaken, the drumdiameter is 110 mm vor the tph / hexagon 125 / 150 / 180 engine , so is the new rim (wich is also 110 mm) must fit unless the secundary end gearing is shaped diverently

hey is that a metal outer cilinder head on the standard cilinder or did u buy it somwhere ?

if yes, where did u buy it ? :)

(my runner 180 '98 has a 'plastic' outer cilinder head wich sucks big time ...)

looks great for the rest, perhaps u can make some clips of it in action ? :! :W

The "outer cylinder head" is made of metal, thats right. But it is standart. As far as I know the 180ccm cylinder also is made of aluminium, not as mine of "grauguss".

We wanted to make a small video of the scoot, but it already was to late, as the cam only saw BLACK......^^

in a couple of days there will be one........for sure :)

idd, my std runner cilinder was also aluminum std, no cast iron shit , naja, i destroyed it anyways :p

succes for the rest, hope to see those clips the next few days
:W
