hi, im billy from England, heres a quick run through of my project, its not all of it as i never started taking photos until it was almost finished. the engine spec is not great but it is a quickish reliable setup for the roads
engine spec is:
polini sport 70cc kit
polini reeds
polini evo 2G clutch
full circle racing crank
c4 mains
stage6 kevlar belt
stage6 pro replica exhaust
stage6 clutch bell
dellorto 21mm carb
hebo next generation variator
hebo 3.4g rollers
hebo contra spring
doppler venturi filter
it was time to fit the new crank, 70 kit and get a few other bits done, so i stripped the engine from the bike
UPDATE
got the new crank a few other bits today
UPDATE
managed to get the engine rebuilt today, and i finished moulding my lights into my front panel and filling where me old indi's were

got my wheels and front panel back from the painters today
UPDATE
i got a few pics today with my wheels front panel and undertray on, ive also put a 21mm carb on it now
i still have to fibreglass the undertray to the sidepanels and pillion seat, that should be done in a few days
