Port angle area calculation

Hi, I'm working on a program for exhaust port design, and
was wondering if I could get a calculation detail confirmed.

Top graph is an exhaust port, bottom graph is how much it's
open vs crank degrees. I want to calculate the specific angle
area for the port... I think that is the area under the second graph,
devided by the engine displacement?

PS y axis on second graph is cm^2 not mm

Thanks narx, I'll check it out. First attempt at downloading I got
a screen full of ascii characters.

I'm trying to make mine where you can just use the mouse
to make the shape of the port, by dragging cursors. Might
not be the best way, but we'll see. Right now I just want
to make sure the math is correct.

I have used this program as well, and it's nice. When I downloaded and installed the program, I had to go back into the installation program and select the options to also install the exhaust port tool (It only installs Dyno by default).

I use Windows Vista Home Premium. Hope it works out for ya!
