Need help with setting the timing of my engine. I have a modified Yamaha Minarelli engine that I installed a ton of performance parts on...

-Polini Crankshaft
-Malossi MHR Replica 70cc Power UNit
-TK 70cc racing pipe
-22mm delorto carb
-Uni filter
-over sized Reed cage w/ Polini carbon reeds and over sized intake manifold
-Malossi over range varaitor/pulley kit
-Polini 2G Evo2 Speed Clutch
-Polini Evo clutch bell
-Malossi Gear cover
-Polini "inner rotor"ignition w/ lighting coil

My question is this...

Polini says. to set the timing to the following
50cc 1.7mm before U.D.C. 19degrees +/- 2 at 4500 RPM
70cc(tuned) 4.5mm before U.D.C. 320 degrees +/-2 at 4500 RPM

Is this the correct setting for what I am running? I am concerned that the wrong settings will cause pre-detonation and blow my motor. Solooking for some sound advice... Also if anyone knows where I should start my jetting at... I have reamed 14 or so jets ranging from 100-120 in size. Thought I might start at 107 but looking once again from some advice on where to start, would rather error on the side of rich then lean. (note... I live in Florida, so my elevation is 120 ft or so. )
