The Polini Speedcontrol or the Malossi Multivar i think.
I have never tested the Polinie Speedcontrol, I only tested the Malossi Multivar and it preformed great. The diameter of the Malossi Multivar is alot bigger than the standard one, so you go about 10 km faster with it.
