Barrboo,
I do not think anyone is ignoring you, it's just that instructions on changing a crank is a bit much for this space, lol.
I will offer a few tips, perhaps someone else will add:

1. Have a large clutter-free, well lit area to work.
2. Take digital photos of everything you remove (for re-assembly record).
3. Get an impact driver, great for removing screws that have been loctite-coated, these are used to hold the case together.
4. You will need some type of crank puller/pusher type of tool. Or have access to a press. You can easily make the tool out of a heavy sleeve, some all-thread and nuts.

5. You will also need a flywheel puller for your particulair flywheel, these run about $8-10.
6. Get a service manual for your scooter - it will detail most every step. Service manuals typically show assembly/disassembly with special factory tools, but you can always improvise, like I do with my crank puller tool (it is for Yamaha/Minarelli btw).
This is just a start, like I said, a crank swap is a big item for this space.

i have a haynes manual and it tells you how to do it but then by a well known tuner told me that way would break the crank and not work properly as bearings wouldnt line up could you tell me how you line up the bearings

Aloha, if you are talking about the main bearings then it is a lot for this space and has been covered before. (Do a search) But your statement above suggests replacing the connecting rod bearing and lining up the bearings. this is much more difficult/impossible to do without alignment jig and experience and you should take the crank to your local shop. frank
