2Fast4Race Engine for DSSC season 2009 " Heavy Tuned "

looks really nice!

only,
is the length of the little hose which goes from nx-bottle to the pumps long enough?

i personally think it would be better if you switch places of your radiator and the NX bottle?
i think that would be easier with the tubes from your cooling, and your NX bottle will be closer to your carburator, so the length of the little hose will be okay

lot's of succes!

why don't you switch your bottle with yout radiator, radiator spot is now nog very good for cooling and the bottle hangs terribly low to the ground, just switch it:W

frame looks really nice tho

yes...this are two problems..and i cant weld aluminium.. now ist the bottle some centimeters higher than on the pictures.

tomorrow you get new pictures..
i go sleep! xD

greetz

yes the seat comes from carbon! i have already a form here...

new pictures
-clear varnish on carbon sites
-frame cleaned &ready for glass bead sand blast
-brackets for killswitch,solenoids...

on the right sight you see a chaos of wires/cables xD

new pictures

looks nice, but i think that some of the parts are still preaty heavy: front fork, back wheel

maby it's a idea, a aluminium front fork + a back wheel thats lowered in wait (look at the dutch projects

good luck!

Great looking scoot.

Why don't you just switch places of the nos and the cooler, will make it all much easier.

I wish you all of luck!

hey guys...

yes it is a problem with the bottle & radiator..but in this frame, there is no other possibility to place the two parts, i tried already allmost..

whats the weight of the dragster? i dont know..i look next days...but it feels very light..

welding is tig, from a friend...maybe you know him (marvin diehl, carbon race zip2 on customshow 2008 saarbrücken)

today i made some plates out of carbon fiber ..tomorrow they should be strong.. and i cleaned the frame a little bit more from the cables/wires ... but i post tomorrow pictures. now iam to weary/tired...

hey,

i have some new stuff for you!
dragster weights about 38kg with carb, spacer, fuel tanks.

i think with the aluminium fork , i get in end of decembre, i get a "end weight" with fuel, cooling water etc of 37-38kg!

you get the pictures tomorrow, but i have an new CFK / Carbon vario/engine cover , new tanks for fuel & NX (till i have an aluminium tank ), carb & spacer i on the engine (verryyy close to the radiator&frame...-.-)

regards!
