28mm stage 6 carb problem - HELP

I have sevral questions about this carb.
this is my setup:

*MHR cyl
*MHR RHQ Crank
*Yasuni C30
*Stage 6 PWK 28 MM carb + kisler + piaggio intake manifold.
*VL14 ReedValve
*Athena CDI (HPI 05 soon)
*MHR overrange 2005
*MHR delta clutch
*MHR wingbell

1. The reedcage comes with some plastic cage that gets the intake
hall smaller, Is it neccessry? should or shouldnt i install it?

2. The carb has weird niple near the intake manifold that sucks air.
What should i do with it? block it? leave it open? something else?

3. What mainjet and small jet should i start with? (+50 sea level)
carb coming with 130 stock. what is the "standart" settings
for my setup?

there is no standard setting but 1 think : youre carb has 2 nipples 1 of them is the power jet en the second is your fuell intake / the powerjet has to be closed !!! else you gett false air ( dont know how you say it in english )

and nobody knows what mainjet you have 2 start with try and you''ll see

But what about the reedcage question?

Stock was 130, 135 was too rich, we tried 128 and i was better,
tommorow i'll get 125-6 and check again.

I think the needle is OK.

Smaller Mainjet i'll try tommorow.
What about the slow jet?, what the slow jet adjusting (full throttle?)

With the carb i got some small jet that i don't know where it should go!
Anyone knows what i'm talking about?
